Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

• PayPal

We can also take credit card payments over the phone. Please email customerservice@hellobabydirect.co.uk to request a callback or leave a message on +44 (0)20 80997445.

We do not store any credit card details and all payment are securely taken through SagePay, PayPal or Google Checkout. Credit card processing on the Hello Baby site is managed through SagePay giving your data 100% security.

Delivery

UK Mainland and Northern Ireland

Delivery time

Postage rates are based on your order value (see table below). Smaller items are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment. Once posted, the shipping times are 3 working days for UK. Larger items such as prams and nursery furniture can take up to 1 week (in total) to deliver in the UK. The largest pieces of furniture such as whole room sets take 4 to 6 weeks to deliver (see item listings for details).

Postage to the Channel Islands is also specified as a separate country at checkout. Postage prices to the Channel Islands are based on weight.

International Postage

Delivery time

International postage rates are based on weight. The postage cost of a particular order (if weighing less than 2kg) can be viewed by clicking on the checkout link, before committing to purchase. Larger items may require a quote on the postage cost.

Smaller items are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment. Once posted, the shipping times are 3 working days for Western Europe, 3 to 4 working days for Eastern Europe and 5 working days worldwide. Larger items such as prams and nursery furniture take 1 to 2 weeks (in total) to deliver worldwide. Please note that the largest pieces of furniture such as whole room sets may not be available to deliver worldwide (see item listings for details).

Delayed Deliveries

Unfortunately, from time to time items can be delayed in the post. We will not give refunds or send replacements until 15 working days for UK deliveries or 25 working days for international deliveries.
