We accept the following forms of payment:

We can also take credit card payments over the phone. Please ring 020 1333722 to place an order

We do not store any credit card details and all payment are securely taken through PayPal or Google Checkout. Credit card processing on the Hello Baby site is managed through PayPal's Website Payments Pro service

Benefits of Google Checkout

• With Google Checkout, you can quickly and easily buy from Hello Baby and many other stores across the web.
• If you have used Google Checkout before, all you need to do is provide your Checkout username and password to buy from us.
• If you are using Google Checkout for the first time, you only have to fill out a single page of information to make your first purchase. After that, you just need to enter your Google Checkout login to make a purchase. There is no need to re-enter your purchase information or create multiple usersnames and passwords each time that you buy from different sites.

Delivery

Smaller items are dispatched within 48 hours of payment. Larger items such as prams and nursery furniture can take up to 10 days to deliver. You will receive notification when your item has been dispatched by email.

Our postage rates are based on weight. The postage cost of a particular order can be view by clicking on the checkout link, before committing to purchase

Please Note: Shipping larger items weighing over 2kg (e.g. stair gates, pushchair, cars eats) incurs additional postage to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Highlands and Islands of Scotland. These areas are defined by postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25. Postage to these areas is specified under a separate option at the checkout.
