In fulfilling your order it is necessary to collect some of your personal information. This is limited to:

• Name
• Address (billing and delivery)
• Email address
• Phone number
• Your order history

We do not store any other information about our customer. No payment card details are stored by Hello Baby (see below).

Where necessary this information will be shared with our delivery service providers such as payment processing providers and shipping agents in order to fulfill your order. These service providers are reputable multinational companies who would never share your details.

Other than this your details will never be shared with any other third party.

The information we

collect may be used to personally keep in touch with you and let you know of new product, special offers, news and promotions. You will be able to opt out of these messages at any time.

Credit Card Security

Any online payments are completely secure as Hello Baby does not store or process any credit card details onsite. All payments are processed via the following services:

• Credit cards. Card details entered on the Hello Baby site are processed externally by SagePay, one of the UK 's largest Payment Service Providers. After the credit card details are entered into the Hello Baby checkout we have no access to the card details and cannot make further charges to your card.
• PayPal. Paying via PayPal allows customers to pay online without entering their credit card details. We have no access to your personal details if you pay via PayPal.

The Hello Baby checkout is fully encrypted and complies with the highest security standards. It is fully PCI DSS compliant.
