Real Nappies for London

Hello Baby is proud to be a member of the Real Nappies for London scheme. This is a new London-wide scheme to provide parents with an opportunity to try real nappies. The Real Nappies for London scheme provides parents with a voucher of up to £50 to spend on real nappies. At Hello Baby are are great believers in using real nappies as a way to reduce the millions of nappies which go into landfill sites every year.

If the London borough in which you live has joined Real Nappies for London and you have a child under the age of 18 months, you could be entitled to claim an information pack and voucher. The voucher can be redeemed for nappies (and accessories) within six months of you receiving it. A list of participating boroughs can be found here.

How to Get Your Real Nappies for London Voucher

If your London borough is participating in the scheme, you can apply for a voucher by completing a short form. The form can be downloaded here, or completed online.

How to Redeem Your Voucher at Hello Baby

1. Email us at enquiries@hellobabydirect.co.uk to let us know that you will be making a purchase of real nappies on our site and wish to use a Real Nappies for London voucher. Be sure to let us know the valve of your voucher as this varies by borough.
2. We will email you back with a discount code which can be used on real nappy purchases from http://www.hellobabydirect.co.uk/
3. Make your purchase on our website and then send the voucher to our postal address. When sending in the voucher please include the invoice number and proof of identity. We accept a copy of drivers licence, passport or a recent utility bill.
4. When the voucher been received and verified we will dispatch your goods. Unfortunately we cannot dispatch any items before we receive your voucher

Please Note:

• Vouchers cannot be accepted for a purchase made retrospectively
• Voucher amounts cannot be broken down for separate purchases on separate dates
• Vouchers cannot be part exchanged for cash. Purchases of real nappy product must equal or exceed the value of the voucher
• We cannot dispatch the nappies to a different name and addess from that shown on the voucher
