Item Descriptions

We do our best to ensure that item descriptions are as accurate as possible. If an item is not as described please contact us within 7 working days and we will provide a replacement or refund. We may ask for photo confirmation of any fault or damage.

Returns

Customer may return goods within 7 working days of receipt as long as the goods are in a saleable condition and in the original packaging. To return an item please contact us stating the order number and the reason for return. Customers are responsible for the costs of returning the item.

We regret that we are not able to accept the return of flat packed furniture which has been assembled, or sealed items which have been opened.
